Camp Cost, Family Discounts & How to Pay Tuition
One of the objectives of Camp Renaissance is to provide a superior program at a reasonable price. Tuition for Camp Renaissance 2010 will be:
Session I: June 28-July 9 (Camp will be held on July 5.)
$525 per camper
Session II: July 12-23
$525 per camper
Both sessions: 4 week program - $950 per camper.

50% deposit required. Above chart reflects 10% discount (tuition only) for 2 or more family members.
The Family discount does not apply to lunch or extended day programs, nor may the Family discount transfer to other Dan Doyle Summer Programs. Each program has its own operational budget.
These options are all well below the cost of comparable programs of such high quality.
Extended Day Cost
Cost per camper for a two-week session is as follows: Morning only - $30.00; Afternoon only (with snack) - $85.00; both morning and afternoon - $115.00. T-Shirt
All campers receive one complimentary t-shirt.
Payment Policy
In 2010, we will not be billing! Our 2010 payment policy will require parents to choose one of the following options:
Option A. We have two credit card options: Visa or MasterCard. If you choose to pay by credit card before April 15, you may pay half, with the understanding that the balance will be charged on June 1, 2010.
Option B. Pay by Check. If you would like to pay by check before April 15, you may pay half with registration, but you also must include a post-dated check, dated June 1, 2010, with the exact balance. If you choose this option, the post-dated check must be included in order to complete registration.
If you register after April 15, you must pay in full, either by credit card or check.

Refund Policy
Camp fees are refundable up until June 1, 2010, with the exception of a non-refundable registration-processing fee of $140 per camper. Refunds will not be made after June 1. If any situation arises, from family considerations to an injury, that causes a child to withdraw from camp after June 1, tuition will be applied to Camp Renaissance 2011. No refunds are made after June 1, 2010, and this refund policy does not allow camp tuition credit to be transferred to another family. The refund policy is based on the fact that all camp expenditures, ranging from staff salaries to equipment, are based on pre-camp registration. We appreciate your understanding that no exceptions can be made to this policy.
How to Pay Tuition
- All campers must pay by either credit card, or by check and post-dated check - with post-dated check dated June 1, 2010.
- All checks must be made payable to: DAN DOYLE, K.O (NOT Camp Renaissance).
- If you decide to pay 50% with a credit card, be aware that your credit card will be charged on June 1, 2010.
- If you decide to pay by check, you must include a post-dated check, dated June 1, to cover the balance. If you choose this option, the post-dated check must be included in order to complete registration.
