			Dear Camp Families: On May 15, 2007 this web page will provide you with various information including the following: A Medical Form A Lunch Order Form An Extended Day Form In all three cases, you will be able to download the forms and mail them to us prior to your child/children's first day. All deadlines for receipt of the aforementioned information will be clearly stated. Regarding Extended Day, be assured that we will hold spots for you. Should your child/children need extended day, you need not be concerned about space. Again, we handle the Medical Form (which you fill out - not your doctor), the Lunch Order Form and the Extended Day Form after May 15, and before camp begins. On May 15, this web page will also display information on such issues as first day drop-off, pick-up, directions, etc. Thank you for your participation our summer '07 programs!
